Cleaning with draining
Cleaning and triennial inspection are essential to prevent the build-up of residual sludge, rust, scale, etc., which could compromise the system’s efficiency. This applies in particular to fire tanks, fire-fighting basins, drinking water tanks, storm water basins and rainwater systems, including all types of structures such as overhead bolted tanks, outdoor basins, concrete structures and boiler-made tanks.
Compulsory every three years in accordance with current regulations, this maintenance checks the condition of equipment such as liners, submerged parts and roofing, to ensure compliance with safety standards. It also includes rigorous checks on the integrity of the structure, to preserve its smooth running and durability.
Three-yearly maintenance is a legal obligation. So it’s vital to keep your installations safe and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

Flexible tanks
Tank access: Check the surroundings (vegetation, fencing) to ensure unobstructed access.
Visual inspection of the liner: Inspect the membrane for any anomalies.
Weld inspection: Manual verification of welds to ensure their integrity.
Re-tighten corner plates: Check and re-tighten plates to ensure stability.
Handling the suction valve: Grease and check valve opening/closing.
Insulation check: Inspection of valve thermal protection.
Aerial drone inspection
We offer a tank inspection service using aerial drones. The drone enables us to detect any anomalies without shutting down the installation.
Leak detection and repair
Additional tank bottom draining
Check geomembrane and repair liner (warranty limited to repair depending on condition of geomembrane).
Partial cleaning of the bottom of the sealing pocket (removal of deposits and sediment).
Check pouch positioning and repair (thermo-fusion or thermo-gluing).
Leak test after repair (partial tank filling).
Intervention report with photos on request.
